The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS)
Of the 1,000,000 members of the National Association of Realtors, only 3,000 or so presently belong to the CIPS Network. They constitute an exceptionally professional cadré of specialists who have received intensive training in the intricacies of working with Americans buying property overseas, as well as non-US nationals wishing to purchase or sell real estate in the United States.
The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)
FIABCI is a considerably older and larger organization of international real estate specialists, in which Americans comprise less than 10% of the membership. Through this Network, Roy has access to the most top-notch professionals from nearly every country in the world.
As a charter member of the CIPS Network
(there are only three CIPSs in Northern Arizona), and FIABCI, Roy offers his specialized expertise to:
1.) North Americans Considering Buying Overseas Property - Particularly in LOS CABOS, BAJA, MEXICO
- Through his worldwide country-specific database, Roy can provide or direct you to information on the opportunities and pitfalls of real estate investment and tax considerations in most nations around the globe.
- Through his connections and access within the international real estate community, Roy can make referrals to reputable and trustworthy brokers and real estate attorneys in almost any country.
- Roy’s particular personal international focus is on vacation and retirement properties in the Western Caribbean islands and Coastal Central America and MEXICO - particularly LOS CABOS, BAJA. Roy has strong contacts in and first -hand knowledge of Greece as well.

- As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, Roy is pleased to protect the interests of international buyers and guide them through the obstacles and requirements of purchasing US real estate.
- For non-US nationals who currently own and wish to sell US real estate, Roy makes referrals to the few listing agents who are experienced in servicing international clientele and provides them with information about meeting governmental regulations.
